Due to the importance and value a strong repair and maintenance company adds to an investors team, Morgan Properties spun-off their repair business as a separate general contracting entity to focus solely on supporting Morgan Properties clients and properties under management. This company was developed to serve Morgan Properties owners repair and construction needs ranging from basic light fixture adjustments to full property rehabs and flips. With the amount of repair work that comes in while supporting over 750 residential properties it requires us to maintain a large list of handyman and contractors ready to take on a high volume of jobs that come our way every week. Additionally, our investors have trusted us to perform a large majority of their rehabs after they purchase properties or help them reinvest back into their properties for large renovations and remodels to maximize rent returns. With having a large volume of consistent and similar type of contracting work we can remove the headaches involved with hiring your own contractor or sourcing work from people you don’t trust and managing the end-result of those repairs which you may or may not be qualified to do.

Our end-goal and objective is to be able to support the entire lifecycle of repair and general contracting needs an investor would run into from the time they first acquire a property to closing on the sale after several years of ownership and avoid one of the biggest deterrents to owning rental property, which is managing the maintenance and repair needs.
